I’m yogi, mom, traveler, dreamer, a bit of a blogger and a girl who loves mango juice.

Welcome to my world. To my head. And also to our living room. I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a yogi with a degree in economics, full-time mom of 2, passionate traveler, Red Bull girl who listens to Wu Tang Clan, sometimes I break down, but mostly I laugh, usually in a dirty t-shirt and a flower in my hair. I’m also a beach girl living in the middle of the big city jungle.

Do you think it doesn’t go together? Quite the opposite! Yoga goes well with absolutely everything!

Originally, I wanted to break the clichés that yoga is only done by girls in batik t-shirts who don’t eat meat and don’t shave their armpits. But wait. I don’t eat meat very often lately and I’m planning to batik some t-shirts. So, hmmm… But I still do shave my armpits.

So now my point is to show the beauty of yoga in my daily life and how can it be part of yours too.

Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known even existed.“ B. K. S. Iyengar

Let’s talk yoga

And let’s be personal.

The wonderful thing about yoga is that you put it your way. It’s a recipe for a happy life, but you decide the amount of ingredients yourself. And yes, sometimes it’s trial and error. Sometimes it’s a quickie. And sometimes you add something you thought you’d never even wanted to taste.

It is far from just an exercise. It is something that you will discover throughout your life and will never be done. It will also change you a lot. For the better.

“So shut up, live, travel, adventure, bless and don’t be sorry.” Jack Keruac

Let’s talk travel

Passport, bikini and flip flops.

When you close your eyes and imagine that you could live to 1000 years old. What would you like to do? I would like to travel the whole world. Swim on all the Maldivian islands, fly over Angkor Wat in a hot air balloon, eat curry in Sri Lanka and dim sum dumplings in China, surf in Hawaii…

And I have already fulfilled a few dreams of mine. I woke up in an overwater bugalow in Bora Bora, swam with dolphins in Mauritius, drank tea on a tea plantation in Malaysia, sighed over the Taj Mahal at sunrise or watched sloths in Costa Rica.

Travel with your finger on the map starts here…

„There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called Yesterday and the other is called Tomorrow. Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do and mostly Live...“ Dalai Lama

Let’s talk life?

“We are working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don’t need, and the things you own, end up owning you.”

Do you know this quote prom Fight Club?

Well, that’s how I felt. And even a little worse. Confidence? Zero. My value? What others said. Important things in life? The material ones. And not having them meant I wasn’t good enough. How much money do I need? Always more than I have. I can’t say that I was actually terribly unhappy or drowning in depression. But there was always something missing… Well, somehow at one point I stopped enjoying it.

And I’ve been searching ever since. I’m looking for myself, I’m looking for what’s important and I’m looking for happiness. Well happiness.. That’s even more complicated.
